Hip Hip Hooray!

We have now entered into a new decade. Whoop Whoop.

How is it going so far with your new year resolutions?

Hopefully by now you are beginning to gain some momentum and traction. I enjoy helping others to experience the success of achieving their goals, but first, It’s important to get things in perspective in order to experience the changes we desire.

Perhaps last year you were dissatisfied with your fitness level, were overweight, and unhappy with how you looked i...

First Things First

Posted by Zulieka Ajimotokin on Wednesday, December 4, 2019, In : Celebration
Hello Family,

It's been some time, I know. But if you permit me I will explain.
I have been busy spinning so many plates. (there was a crashing sound or two to be heard :-D )

I completed an eight week notice period and handover from a full time career.
Whilst still home educating my two youngest children, preparing my eldest son for university, and my eldest daughter for 6th form.
I began expanding and developing my business, networking, filling in the gaps in my knowledge of social media by lear...

May I?

When we were children. Long before we had been trained to seek permission or approval. Life was an adventure, full of awe and wonder.
Parents and caregivers, for the most part supported us safely into adulthood. And we remember their guidance for the most part.
We still look both ways before we cross the street, we observe the rules of socially acceptable behaviour, we respect the law of gravity etc.
But more often than not, we experience indecision in life, because we have not given ourselves p...

Start the year off with a BANG!
Light the sky up.
Start as you mean to go on.
Never back up.

Less words.
More Action.
Intelligent response.
Not reactions.

cut the excess.
only what's necessary
for your success

No more delay.
Time for manifestation.
ready to birth,
beautiful co creation.

Go courageously....

MAY 2018

Posted by Zulieka Ajimotokin on Saturday, June 2, 2018,
What happened to April? I hear you ask. To be completely honest. I unapologetically, can't even remember.

So determined am I about my new resolve to live in the present. Its the only moment that actually matters. Our commitment to be mindful of the value of this 'current' moment, has the potential to silence any regret of the past, and positively influence our future.
Don't get me wrong. It does not mean that my April, or your yesterday is irrelevant; or that we don't look back with gratitude ...

MARCH 2018

Posted by Zulieka Ajimotokin on Sunday, March 4, 2018,
Welcome to March.

I came across something worth sharing.
I'ts titled 18 things Mentally Strong People do, but I would rename it:
"18 Things that emotionally mature individuals do"

I'm personally working on number 15 at the moment. (expecting to report some significant changes as a result)

1. They practice gratitude.
Counting their blessings instead of their burdens helps mentally strong people keep life in perspective. Their choice to be grateful shines through in their mood and behavior.

2. They r...

How ready are you?
One definition of the word luck that I really like is: when preparation meets opportunity.
Yours is to plan, and prepare. Always be ready, alert and poised to move forward when necessary. Without hesitation.
Good things come to those who wait, but not to those who hesitate.

One of my recently discovered favourite quotes is by the German reformer Martin Luther. He said " Even if I knew that tomorrow, the world would go to pieces, I would still plant my apple tree".

The world may...

The old has gone. the new has come.

Felt able to look over 2017 with a deep sense of gratitude, and appreciation for the lessons learned, people that have entered my life, opportunities taken, and experiences which have formed memories which will last forever.

Entering this new year with a sense of great expectation. When I send a birthday greeting, i often remark "congratualtions on being one year wiser". This is my sincere objective for my life. To live and to learn. If we are not learning, w...

Greetings Beautiful People,

Welcome to a beautiful New season.

Looking forward to all the changes that life will bring. As the old graciously makes way for the new. And as the new respectfully honors all the beauty  that the old had offered. No regrets. All learning & good growth.

Be ready to create and enter new pathways.

Be courageous, fearless, surrendered.

And especially kind to yourself.

Many of us are familiar with the expression " take a break, before you break".

Well.... that's exactly what I decided to do over the summer months  (and beyond shhhh!)

To everything there is a time and season. Rest was definitely in order.

Enough said.

Blessings to you all.

June was a quieter month. Spent time recovering from the May activity. Significant progress all the same.

A time of much research and training in the area of education.

Gained valuable input and insights. Grateful for the people that God has placed in my pathway this month to encourage and assist me along my journey.

Gratefully recevied.

Look forward to what July has in store. Or rather what I might have in store for July.

Blessings to all

The month of May was a bit of a whirlwind for me. It was a month of massive action. Some things that I had a desire to do for years, got actioned this month..

1. I made my first youtube post. I had a message that I needed to get out, and I just did it.
2. I dusted off the original manuscript of book that I laid aside for many years, and I put it in the hands of a publisher, who has agreed to work with me on it.
3. I began to share a dream that I have to serve a significant number of people, an...

This month has gone so swiftly. I am growing aware of the need to do whatever needs to be done as a matter of almost urgency.

I believe that we are all here to discover some things that may be common to our human experience, but  also very unique to who we are individually.

Each generation has the opportunity to leave a good legacy, for those who follow after.

I am particularly thankful, to God for all the gifts, talents and abilities that each individual has put to good use, that has benefited ...

March forward.
As spring approaches, hope rises of the possibilities, for the coming year, and what life might bring.
The thing is.... although life is full of uncertainties,it is important to make a quality decision about what you are expecting, and work towards it with definiteness of purpose.

Another important factor in this new season, is community. your vision must seek to serve others. As you share what you bring to the table, you can expect to enjoy an exchange of support.

Many hands make l...

What a month!!

This was very much a month of right alignment for me personally. There are so many opportunities that present themselves through social media. Its easy to subscribe to someones newsletter, sign up for a new webinar, workshop, training, master class, the list goes on and on.
So much of what's available is good, but not everything is beneficial.
Its essential to be aware of what is most relevant to you now.
Ask yourself "where am I on the road of my journey, and what do I need now?"...

I'm Coming Out!

Posted by Zulieka Ajimotokin on Thursday, January 12, 2017,
Hello &  Welcome to 2017, Welcome to my new blog, and a very Happy New Year to you all,

Well this year is the year I have finally decided to come out of the closet.

And in the words of one of my favourite transformational coaches Lisa Nichols:

 " I AM NO

"The first person who had to get out of the way of me letting my light shine was me,"

"I am unapologetically living in my greatness"

Thank you and God bless you Lisa,I could not have said...
